Terms and Conditions – Umang Festival Ticket Giveaway 2024
Contest Organizer: The Umang Festival Ticket Giveaway 2024 is organized by Mrudunga Centre for Performing Arts, hereinafter referred to as the “Organizer.”
Eligibility: The Umang Festival Ticket Giveaway is open to individuals who are legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, contractors, and immediate family members of the Organizer are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The giveaway begins on 11th Sep, 2024 and ends on 29th Sep, 11:59pm (EST), 2024. Entries received outside of this period will not be considered.
How to Enter: To enter the Contest, participants must fill out Meta Instant form with: full name, email address. Each completed entry as outlined above will count as one entry into the Contest. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
Email Subscription: By providing your email, you consent to subscribe to our newsletter and receive updates from us.
Prize: 2 (two) tickets to the Umang Festival, valued at $25 each, will be awarded to the winner. The ticket includes admission to the festival and refreshments during the event. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other goods/services.
Winner Selection: Winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries at the close of the entry period. The drawing will be conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Winners will be notified by email after the giveaway period ends.
Winner Notification: Winners will be contacted via email within 2 weeks of the content closing period. Winners must respond to the notification within 2 business days, confirming their acceptance of the prize. Failure to respond within the given time frame will result in disqualification, and an alternate winner will be selected.
Ticket Collection: The prize will be provided in electronic form via email or can be picked up at the venue on the day of the festival. Instructions for collecting the ticket will be provided to the winners.
Publicity: By entering the giveaway, participants consent to the use of their name, image, and likeness in any promotional materials or announcements related to the giveaway, without further compensation or notice, where permitted by law.
Disqualification: The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify any participant found to be in violation of the rules, including but not limited to using multiple accounts to enter or providing false information.
General Conditions: The Organizer is not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. It reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the giveaway if any fraud, technical issues, or other factors beyond its control affect the integrity or fairness of the contest.
Limitation of Liability: By participating in the giveaway, entrants agree to release and hold harmless the Organizer, its employees, and affiliates from any and all liability or claims arising out of participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
Governing Law: The Contest and these Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Participants have agreed to these Terms and Conditions upon entering the Contest.
